The Implementation Specialist will be an expert in Think Research’s cloud based software, and will apply their in-depth knowledge to train up to 14,000 end users as our primary care solution is rolled out across Ontario.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Understanding client needs and on-boarding clients to ensure a successful launch
  • Providing exemplary training and customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintaining and updating multiple project plans to ensure structured intake and progress of clients through the implementation lifecycle
  • Creating and implementing training materials and clinical pathways to ensure end user adoption and utilization of our software tools (e.g. documents, webinars, remote sessions, one-to-one)
  • Working externally with clients to setup appropriate accounts and customize the solution
  • Hosting train-the-trainer sessions for our clients to be super users
  • Conducting direct training for end users of our solution
  • Ongoing support of clients and business process refinement
  • Gathering customer feedback and input towards product development for client needs
  • Providing regular status updates to management on deliverables and milestones

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years’ experience within a healthcare environment
  • Bachelor's degree; education or healthcare an asset
  • Strong technical aptitude; ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare providers workflows and adult learning principles
  • Experience in the creation and implementation of training plans to end users (e.g. clinicians, support staff)
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups of healthcare providers
  • Excited to travel across Ontario to implement our solutions with up to 14,000 end users
  • Up to 50% of travel may be required
  • Current and valid driver’s license
