Vice President, Programs

Think Research is a rapidly growing health care technology company and leading provider of clinical content and software, helping clinicians to revolutionize the way care is delivered in Canada, the U.S. and Ireland.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Programs will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across multiple digital healthcare programs. This role will act as Executive Sponsor for our programs, sit as a member of program steering committees, and be responsible for engaging key senior stakeholders both internally and externally to drive success.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing executive governance for multiple large-scale implementations, including managing high level relationships with client project management offices and working with internal leadership to drive program milestones.
  • Driving the continued success of programs and providing strategic guidance on competitive differentiation, optimization, and sustainability.
  • Overseeing business, competitive, functional, and operations KPIs for each program to ensure it is meeting and exceeding all objectives; identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Monitoring all aspects of the program lifecycle from discovery through delivery and benefits realization, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Working with Client Success Management to ensure value realization throughout implementation and adoption/optimization.
  • Coaching and developing internal implementation teams to ensure successful execution of organizational strategies and targets.
  • Travel is required (up to 25%).


  • 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale change initiatives in healthcare; consulting experience is an asset.
  • Strategic, hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivot quickly when needed, and lead a team through evolving projects and requirements.
  • Proven relationship manager with the ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders.
