EMR Specialist

Think Research is changing the way healthcare is delivered - and not in the Buckley’s “tastes awful but it works” kind of way. We’re building software to give clinicians the information they need to treat patients better and faster. We’re growing fast (400 + hospitals!), and need some help keeping up with the demand.

Hungry and ready to make a difference? Well grab a quick snack, and then get in touch. We’re looking for you.

Why Us?

  • Be part of something special. It’s not every day that you get to change the way your friends and family are cared for.

  • Exciting, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As the EMR Specialist, you will be a subject matter expert for our Long Term Care implementation team. Outside of providing exemplary long term care sector knowledge, you will be our EMR expert as we deploy our clinical content into homes across Ontario.

  • Author content in local client environments as needed, QA content, build processes in building and authoring clinical content
  • Provide support for educational sessions from a technical EMR standpoint (tools, process, presentations, and concepts)
  • Prioritizing work and managing timelines to meet implementation requirements
  • Providing quality assurance standards and processes when completing tasks
  • Special Projects Involvement: Provide input into project coordination and change management required for a large-scale clinical improvement project that bridges regional resources.
