The Clinical Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Product Managers through the development and scaling of new products and features for the Long Term Care market. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical experience to shape our product vision and revolutionize the way our content is deployed in Long Term Care.

The kind of work that you'd be doing: 

  • Assist Product Managers with developing, analyzing and translating business requirements for new product and features
  • Map clinical workflows and ensure that our products are tailored to the sector specific needs of Long Term Care
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for internal and external client meetings; present to clients and internal/external stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to create and define clinical requirements to optimize the usability of our clinical content
  • Perform special projects and duties as assigned
  • Travel approximately 25% of your time to client meetings in and outside the GTA

Required Qualifications: 

  • Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse or Personal Support Worker
  • 3 - 5 years of clinical experience providing care within Long Term Care homes
  • Experience using an EHR system within Long Term Care
  • 1 - 3 years of experience gathering and defining product/project business requirements; experience with EHR implementations or quality improvement initiatives is an asset
  • Understanding and experience of the product road map is an asset
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication skills and ability to interface with internal and external customers in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent facilitation, collaboration and presentation skills 
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Proven ability to multi-task and coordinate many projects at the same time
  • Ability to use data to create spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of rocket science
