Marketing Program Manager

What will you be doing?

  • Establishing, expanding, and leading our demand generation efforts to drive awareness, revenue and brand engagement as we aggressively expand globally
  • Creating and optimizing customer engagement programs for high quality lead generation, education, and conversion
  • Designing targeted marketing programs to expand breadth and depth within our healthcare vertical target in Canada, US, and EU markets
  • Working with marketing and field teams to create, execute, and report on campaigns that matter to our prospects and customers, including events, social engagement, webinars, email drip, etc. 
  • Managing the timely execution of 30+ events: Streamlining the process, maintaining messaging consistency, and driving increasing engagement results
  • Working with marketing counterparts to optimize our digital presence through SEO, SEM, re-targeting, and other campaign tools and techniques
  • Managing the program/campaign aspects of the marketing automation system
  • Establishing and coordinating Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives that fully leverage our rich clinical knowledge and client success initiatives
  • Developing and executing programs in conjunction with our channel partners; creating win-win co-marketing opportunities that accelerate our speed to market, increase our credibility, and raise our profile
  • Responsible for developing strategies to attain corporate pipeline goals and providing appropriate reporting thereof - responsible for creating the company’s lead nurture funnel

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing plans with consistent positioning and messaging across multiple channels and regions
  • Requisite knowledge of marketing strategy, planning, operations, execution, and analysis
  • Understanding of modern marketing techniques including ABM Strategies, content marketing, in-bound campaigns, and marketing automation
  • Analytical and able to quantify and track marketing effectiveness
  • Experience in fostering amazing peer relationships. Coaching and development of junior staff is a plus
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop strategies, implement plans, lead change, and get results
  • Ability to communicate, present, and engage executives across industries and functions
  • Working knowledge of rocket science
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
