Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer

What will you be doing?

  • Leading the creative development and execution of the brand’s guidelines and all related marketing materials
  • Creating and maintaining print and digital collateral assets to support field personnel and marketing strategies
  • Project management of initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring all stages and elements are executed on time and on budget
  • Assisting with event execution to make sure our message and brand are powerfully and consistently represented
  • Graphic design of, but not limited to: print collateral, presentations, videos, point-of-purchase material, brochures, posters, infographics, and digital assets
  • Presentation design and editing – mostly in PowerPoint – and assistance to Leadership and field staff, often requiring quick turnaround
  • Ensuring brand value proposition is communicated where applicable, strengthening verbal identity and strategic communications
  • Effectively managing multiple resources to deliver a broad range of projects within a segment

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Experience in marketing and/or project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to follow through
  • Must be a positive, collaborative team player, capable of building strong relationships
  • Outstanding skills in using Adobe Illustrator, MS PowerPoint, and other standard graphics tools  
  • Proactive, a self-starter
  • Working knowledge of rocket science
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
