Think Research is looking for a creative and highly motivated Product Manager to join our in house Product Management team. The Product Manager will drive business requirements, analyze market opportunities, and support both the Sales and IT teams.

The Product Manager will act as the ‘CEO’ for the product, managing the complete life-cycle from conception. This role will require an individual with a strong ability to be client-facing and take a big picture perspective on the market.

What will you be doing?

  • Design and manage the plan for development of healthcare products to match identified market opportunities.
  • Define business requirements to meet customer and market needs
  • Support business development and marketing activities
  • Build, grow and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners
  • Subject matter expert on our products, core competencies, applicable markets, and competition. You'll be both the internal and external product evangelist.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Product team, Sales, IT and Clinical Research and Development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Product Management or related role 
  • Experience delivering Enterprise product
  • Prior experience leading software products through the entire software development lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams (without formal authority) to solve complex problems
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stake holders, both orally and in writing
  • Experience generating product ideas, innovation, vetting ideas, and developing and executing on a product roadmap
  • Strong technical background in related technologies; ability to participate in high-level discussions on technology strategy and approach
  • Working knowledge of rocket science
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Clinical or healthcare/health tech expertise is an asset
