Program Director

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Director to join our Client Success team. As Program Director, you will engage senior stakeholders and drive implementation and optimization of a provincial program while anticipating the needs and exceeding the expectations of our clients. You will mobilize and provide guidance and mentorship to a multi-disciplinary implementation team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior-level organizational and regional stakeholders across the province
  • Proactively plan and iterate the end-to-end program management approach, ensuring that the appropriate people, processes, and tools are in place at all times
  • Define ongoing and upcoming resourcing needs for the program, identify and assign resources, and guide team to success
  • Lead the provincial implementation and change management activities, developing strategies and anticipating needs, with a high level of complexity
  • Provide direction and guidance to a team of project managers, project analysts, project coordinators to enable the achievement of the program goals
  • Navigate inter-team dependencies (including product, technology and clinical teams) with a view to enhancing communications, operational effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Manage multiple concurrent and competing priorities
  • Drive program execution, anticipating and planning for evolving strategic needs with the goal of exceeding stakeholder and client expectations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in program management, engaging and aligning diverse, influential internal and external stakeholders to deliver a regional or provincial scale program
  • Experience in project design for large-scale healthcare implementations, having mobilized, energized and led a team. Experience in software implementations is an asset.
  • 5+ years’ in a consulting capacity, proactively identifying opportunities to drive change within healthcare
  • Experience facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups across all levels of healthcare
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with issues in a calm, polished and professional manner
  • Expert in communications with multiple levels of healthcare leadership
  • University degree, Masters preferred
