VP, Business Development, US Channel Sales

The kind of work you’ll be doing:

  • Drive strategic channel partner business development initiatives in the US
  • Promote our products to thought leaders and strategic partners in the American healthcare community
  • Lead and inspire the US Channel Partner Business Development team with growth plans to scale quickly
  • Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy 
  • Manage multiple business initiatives simultaneously 
  • Understand company resources and strengths and collaborate with internal team members to develop and sell solutions that address client objectives 
  • Utilize a consultative channel partner sales approach to close opportunities with senior level executives 
  • Ensure best practices are effectively being utilized and executed in driving a highly efficient sales process 
  • Grow the US Channel Partner Business Development team and act as a mentor/coach for current and future team members at the representative and opportunity levels

Qualifications:

  • Ideally an MBA or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading high performing and progressive teams in a SaaS based environment
  • Strong experience driving a pipeline of SaaS channel and partner sales in the healthcare space
  • Intimate familiarity with the complexities of the American healthcare landscape
  • Experience having managed a multidisciplinary team – including channel/partner sales, strategists, and proposal writers
  • Mastery of pipeline management and forecast accuracy within a complex solutions environment
  • Extraordinary communication skills across an organization
  • Experience growing a team and an eye for talent
  • History of results-orientation and success
  • Working knowledge of rocket science
