Digital Marketing Manager

What will you be doing?

  • Managing campaigns to grow our presence across all virtual mediums, including web, mobile, social media, blogs, and microsites
  • Managing our Web infrastructure and presence; coordinating closely with marketing teammates as well as sales, IT, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that the structure is easily navigated and the content remains engaging
  • Acting as the content owner for the company website; ensuring that our story, offerings, and vision are communicated with a consistent message, value proposition, and voice
  • Working with teammates to expand the brand’s virtual presence through content development, copy writing, editing, and publishing new/revised materials across digital platforms
  • Managing our digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, pay-per-click, and digital advertising in alignment with demand generation goals
  • Supporting the marketing automation system including, but not limited to, ideating and executing new campaigns, integrating with other systems, reporting metrics, etc.
  • Providing creative ideas for, and deploying as appropriate, new “growth hacking” and ABM technologies  
  • Creating and maintaining a digital marketing dashboard to report key metrics of digital performance throughout the pipeline lifecycle
  • Identify additional digital marketing opportunities that grow our Client’s target audience and increase revenue

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital communications and digital marketing, specifically in business-to-business, preferably in software or healthcare
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a marketing or related field
  • Deep operational experience of digital marketing programs and campaigns
  • Significant experience deploying WordPress in a corporate (or large/multi-site) environment
  • Web management skills including exposure to forms integration, responsive design, microsite deployment, A/B testing, etc.
  • Solid grasp of online marketing optimization best practices
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once
  • Good communication skills – must be able to express analytical findings to key stakeholders
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Intermediate graphic design skills and web development (html) experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of rocket science
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
