Junior Recruiter

Working closely with the Talent and Operations Manager, our Junior Recruiter will focus on growing and supporting our internal teams by finding the very best talent. Always guided by our core values, the ideal candidate knows and embodies that a great company is defined by its people and culture.  

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Full cycle recruitment support focusing on the Clinical Research and Development, Client Success and Product Management teams, including:

  • Generating a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Engaging in proactive recruitment strategies
  • Drafting and publishing job postings
  • Conducting resume and phone screens
  • Scheduling interviews and follow ups with candidates
  • Checking references
  • Handling candidate and internal communications with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Understanding the roles, requirements, pipeline, and growth plans of assigned internal teams
  • Promoting and embodying our culture of collaboration, openness, family-like feel and individual/team growth
  • Being involved in offsite, off hour events to support recruitment - internally and externally
  • Recruitment support for additional teams as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 4 year University Degree from an accredited University; courses related to Human Resources Management are a plus
  • Experience working in a high volume recruitment role is an asset
  • Ability and desire to be highly engaged in your work, and to expect to be involved outside of the 9-5
  • Very well developed EQ – you will be the first contact for potential candidates
  • Highly social – your snap stories are so long and amazing that they could be nominated for an Oscar
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong team oriented working style
  • Working knowledge of rocket science
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
