Bilingual Account Director

The Account Director (AD) is responsible for building trusted customer relationships and helping customers realize Platform Value resulting in long-term sustainable growth. The role adds value to Think Research by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing SaaS based business produced through relationship excellence and sales excellence practices where the customer views the AD as a trusted advisor.

What will you be doing?

  • Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process  
  • Initiate, implement and coordinate new and existing business development initiatives in collaboration with team members
  • Monitor the execution of business development activity, and give suggestions for improvement
  • Develop and manage executive and clinician level relationships with new and existing client base for a particular region
  • Assist in the implementation and utilization of enabling technologies and processes
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products offerings, capabilities and value to customers
  • Actively participate in planning, forecasting and documentation of sales activities
  • Ensures the smooth transition of customers from Business Development team to Implementations
  • Assist in the sourcing, development and optimization of all Business Development material, including: RFPs, proposals, presentations and marketing material/ events
  • Mentor junior staff and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (in French and English) is a requirement
  • 5-8 years of large account sales experience
  • 5+ years sales selling to customers and growing a territory (preferably in SaaS or healthcare)
  • Thorough understanding of Canadian and/or U.S. healthcare environments
  • Experience with inbound and outbound sales prospecting and closing 
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-growth environment
  • History of relationship building and value-based sales approaches
  • University Degree from an accredited institution, MBA preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Working knowledge of rocket science
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
