Partner Sales Director

Think Research is looking for a highly motivated Partner Sales Director to direct and lead the partner planning and alignment process. The Partner Sales Director is responsible for establishing direct partner relationships and ensuring a partner execution plan is in place for all partners.

What will you be doing?

  • Driving sales revenue and growth through building strong partner strategy plans 
  • Establishing productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coaching and providing guidance to sales team on optimizing partner sales capabilities
  • Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Helping Think Research’s partners track, process, and register sales throughout the partner pipeline
  • Proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Selling through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
  • Ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Driving adoption of company programs among assigned partners 

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of large account and complex sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling to customers and growing a territory (preferably in SaaS or healthcare)
  • Thorough understanding of Canadian and/or U.S. healthcare environments
  • History of relationship building and value-based sales approaches
  • Ability to shift approach in response to demands of a changing situation
  • Good management skills; experience in project/product management an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-growth environment
  • University Degree from an accredited institution, MBA preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of rocket science
